Fat Friend

I am a 21 year old girl living in melbourne and tired of being the fat friend. This is my journey to a new fitter, happy,thinner more confident me.

Hw-89kg
Cw-73 kg
Gw 1- 80kg
Gw 2- 75kg
Gw 3 - 70kg
GW 4- 65kg
Ugw- 55-60kg(depending on how i look)

Until I go on my trip overseas to Europe for 2 months! I can’t wait!!

But I’m getting a little nervous about not being able to exercise/weigh myself for so long

Does anyone have any good workout suggestions that I could do in the hotel room, that would keep my fitness levels up to a reasonable level?

I don’t want to come back after my trip and be right back to square one.
